I wanted to say "Thank you" to the entire team I had the privilege of working with on our commercial project in Shreveport, LA.
I've been in the custom home building industry for over 25 years, but this project was commercial construction, which is quite different from custom home projects. As a very detail-oriented general contractor, I know that working with another company in a similar industry can be challenging at times. Different opinions, multiple ways to accomplish the same end result, and dealing with subcontractors can get complicated.
When I was deciding who to trust to lead this project, it became evident from my first meeting with Justin, Thomas, and Joel that they were the perfect fit for us.
Communication was professional and constant throughout the entire build. Justin was always available when I needed help with our financial institution, providing quick turnarounds on all of our AIA forms. Joel was always accessible and kept the project moving forward. If something got stuck, he was there to solve it. When I called, he answered. I never felt like my questions or concerns fell on deaf ears.
And then there was Mrs. Kimberly... she may have been behind the scenes, but she kept us all in line. Every time I dropped by the office, there she was with a smile on her face, ready to assist.
